Olivia Jenkins - Founder of D.Louise Jewellery
In 2021, during the second lockdown, Olivia turned a side hustle on Instagram into a thriving jewellery brand with a mission - creating timeless, long-lasting, yet affordable pieces. Named after her late mother, Deborah Louise, the brand quickly gained a loyal following for its focus on quality and meaning.
Today, Olivia leads a fast-growing business backed by Steve Hewitt, former CEO of Gymshark, whose belief in her vision and expertise in scaling direct-to-consumer brands is helping D. Louise reach new heights.
Pippa Murray – Founder of Pip & Nut
Pippa is the powerhouse behind Pip & Nut, and her journey is a seriously inspiring mix of hustle, heart and a whole lot of nut butter. It all kicked off back in 2013 when she was training for marathons but totally running out of steam. Nut butter should’ve been the dream snack... but everything on the shelves was loaded with junk. So, what did she do? Grabbed her kitchen blender and got to work.
What began as a side hustle has now grown into a nut butter empire stocked in over 7,000 stores, with annual revenues exceeding £10 million. Yes, seriously. Today Pippa is one of the UK’s most inspiring food entrepreneurs.

Gilly Bain – Founder & CEO, YOURGB

With roots in performance art, she founded YOURGB in 2011 and has grown it into a global agency delivering audience-centric experiences for brands including Sony Music, lululemon, Johnson & Johnson, TSB and Helly Hansen.
Marie Owen – Founder & CEO, LS Productions
Marie Owen is the powerhouse behind LS Productions, the UK-born company she founded in 2006 to reimagine what production could look like — more inclusive, more collaborative, and more representative of the world we live in. Nearly two decades later, LS is a global name, partnering with brands like Netflix, Adidas, Ralph Lauren, and HBO, and producing campaigns featuring everyone from Harry Styles to SZA, Cristiano Ronaldo, and Florence Welch.
Jo Macsween – Leadership Coach | Vistage Group Chair | Women’s Enterprise Scotland Ambassador
Jo is a leadership coach and peer group chair for Managing Directors and Chief Executives wishing to grow and develop their businesses and themselves. She has her own leadership coaching practice and seeks to support her clients to become more effective versions of their true selves, not idealised copies of others. Prior to her work with leaders, Jo was the MD of world-leading haggis brand, Macsween.
