We are back in the Scottish Borders on Thursday 29th January for another inspiring morning, and we’re thrilled to welcome two incredible speakers.
Trejayne is a Scotland-based, self-taught glass artist specialising in flameworking — a modern, torch-based approach to glass blowing. Since 2021, she’s shared her creative journey online, inspiring nearly two million followers to explore craft and creativity. Trejayne creates everything from pens and goblets to whimsical flowers and crowns, often drawing inspiration from pop culture. Her work has taken her to Paris Fashion Week, where she showcased her Glass Nail Rings, and to the Corning Museum of Glass on scholarship. Recently Trejayne has been producing sculptural pieces of glass food such as pancakes and sushi, reclaiming artistry from AI generated images.

We’re also delighted to welcome Jess Elliott Dennison, a food writer and founder of Elliott’s, known for celebrating simple, joyful cooking and life in the kitchen. She has independently published two recipe books, with a new title launching this year. Jess’s career spans food styling in Sydney and London, working with Jamie Oliver’s team on products and global campaigns, and running Elliott’s Café, named on Condé Nast’s Best Edinburgh Restaurant List. Her work has been featured in VOGUE, The Guardian, House & Garden and The Independent. She now lives in the Scottish Borders with her family.
