On Wednesday 29th October, Women on Top returns to The Balmoral, Edinburgh, for a morning of conversation, inspiration and connection, this time exploring how AI is reshaping leadership and how we can stay people-first while we grow.
Joining the panel are three industry leaders:
Nathalie Agnew – Founder & MD, Muckle Media Multi-award-winning PR agency leader with offices across Scotland and clients from global brands to disruptive start-ups. Nathalie has built a values-led agency known for creativity and culture, and she’s at the forefront of how communications and AI are converging.
Mairi McInnes – Global Leader for Industries & UK Place & Purpose Leader, PwC Mairi will share how PwC, as a people-led organisation, is embracing Human Led Leadership enabled by AI - drawing on her global experience to show how technology and humanity can work hand in hand.
Irene Roberts – Senior Global Travel & Tech Leader Irene spent 18 years at Expedia Group, rising to Director of Market Management for the UK & Ireland and most recently leading markets across Greece, Cyprus and the East Adriatic. From Scotland to London and international markets, she’s steered large, multi-country teams through rapid growth and digital transformation, combining commercial insight with a strong people-first ethos.
