Running a business (and your life) asks a lot of you. You’re making decisions. Holding responsibility. Constantly juggling different demands alongside managing the mental load that comes with building something of your own. Even when things are going well, it can still feel like you’re reacting more than you’re leading. This session is a space to pause, to step back from day-to-day and take intentional ownership of how you lead your life and work.

What this session is about:

Ownership isn’t about controlling everything.

It’s about recognising where you have choice, influence and responsibility — and consciously stepping into it.

In this interactive and reflective workshop, we’ll explore:

  • Where your life and work currently feel out of control
  • The difference between operating from reaction vs ownership
  • A simple framework to help you move yourself forward

You won’t leave with a longer to-do list. (Promise😉)

You’ll leave with clarity — and one meaningful action you’re genuinely ready to take.
