My name is Jo Copland and I am a registered Cognitive Behavioural Therapist, living and practising in the city of Edinburgh. CBT helps you to notice the relationship between your thoughts, feelings and behaviours. You will become aware of any unhelpful thinking patterns and begin to change the way you think about things, which can have a direct impact on how you feel, and in turn, how you behave. I will teach you tools to help manage your own life, bringing about happiness and contentment.

So easy to talk to
Jo is one of the easiest people to talk to. She puts you at ease so quickly. Her approach is really effective and you always feel like you're moving forward and making progress. Definitely recommend.
