My name is Antonia and I'm a qualified mindset and behaviour change coach, specialising in wellness. 

I'm on a mission to empower you to live a more fulfilling, balanced and healthy life. Focus areas include life balance, stress management, habit change and midlife/menopause.

I use a science based approach, backed by neuroscience and positive psychology to help uncover outdated beliefs, identify unhealthy habits and change behaviours to get the results you want.
