Changed the way that I do things!
Cathy has helped me to make small changes in the way that I do things and I have found tasks and movements much easier. She is extremely knowledgeable and I am grateful to her for her continual support and her sessions, which are both fun and informative. I was recently diagnosed with Parkinson’s and Cathy has helped me so much with balance, posture and movement.
