A few important bits before you enter:
- Entrants must be 18 or over.
- A full driving licence is required for the MINI Countryman.
- The car provided will be a MINI Countryman.
- The Gleneagles stay is valid Monday to Thursday, from 4 January to 31 March 2027.
- Blackout dates apply.
- There is no cash alternative available.
CALEDONIAN SLEEPER COMPLIMENTARY TRAVEL – Ts & Cs
1. The Prize
The Caledonian Sleeper element of the prize consists of a return journey for two people between London and any of its Scottish Destinations onboard the Caledonian Sleeper, travelling in a Club En-suite room, including breakfast.
2. Travel
The Caledonian Sleeper prize travel is: subject to availability; subject to a minimum of 14 days’ advance booking; valid for travel within six months of the prize being awarded, unless otherwise agreed with Caledonian Sleeper; subject to any applicable Caledonian Sleeper blackout or exclusion dates; and subject to the Caledonian Sleeper Terms and Conditions, Passenger Charter and National Rail Conditions of Travel (together, the “Guest Terms”).
3. Booking
All prize travel must be booked through the arrangements specified by Caledonian Sleeper. The winner must provide the required information and agree to the Guest Terms when making the booking.
4. Restrictions
The prize travel is non-transferable and cannot be exchanged for cash or an alternative journey. It cannot be used on rail services operated by other train operators.
5. Availability
Travel dates are subject to availability at the time of booking. Caledonian Sleeper reserves the right to offer an alternative travel date where circumstances outside its reasonable control make this necessary.
6. Additional Costs
Any costs associated with the prize other than those expressly stated above, including travel to or from the Caledonian Sleeper departure or arrival station, are the responsibility of the winner.
7. Liability
To the extent permitted by law, Caledonian Sleeper shall not be responsible for any loss, damage, personal injury or death arising from the winner’s participation in the wider prize or use of any other element of the prize, except where caused by the negligence of Caledonian Sleeper. The provision of the Caledonian Sleeper travel remains subject to the Guest Terms.
8. Promoter
Caledonian Sleeper is not the promoter of this prize draw. The prize draw is promoted and administered by the promoter identified in the main prize draw terms and conditions.
Caledonian Sleeper is responsible only for providing the Caledonian Sleeper travel element of the prize, subject to these terms and the Guest Terms.
