Looking for a place to meet brilliant female founders, hear inspiring stories and discover amazing products from Scottish businesses? You’ll find it all under one roof at the Women on Top Summit 2025 on Wednesday 24th September at The Assembly Rooms, Edinburgh.
What’s The Exchange?
This year, we’re introducing something new: The Exchange. It’s a curated space within The Assembly Rooms Ballroom and it'll be packed with businesswomen, big ideas, expert advice and products you’ll want to know about. Think of it as the hub of the Summit - a vibrant spot where you can browse, chat and connect with inspiring entrepreneurs. From health, beauty and wellbeing to fashion and design, there’s plenty to explore while soaking up the Summit buzz.
The theme of this year’s Summit is Confidence & Visibility, and every element of The Exchange is designed to support you, wherever you are on your journey.

Who You’ll Meet at The Exchange
The Exchange is shaping up to be one of the most exciting parts of the Women on Top Summit, a true celebration of talent, creativity and collaboration. Here’s just a taste of who you’ll find there:

Rock My World Travel - Founded in Edinburgh by egg member Isobel McCardie and her husband, Mark, this boutique luxury travel concierge has been creating unforgettable escapes since 2016. Perfect for families or anyone seeking something more personal (and a little more “wow”) from their adventures.

Tiger Lily Boutique - A fashion favourite since 2011, Tiger Lily brings chic, wearable women’s clothing to Dundee, Aberdeen and Morningside, Edinburgh. You’ll get a peek at their latest collections!

Feisty Gals - Say hello to Feisty Gals, founded by Women’s Fund for Scotland. Their aim is to empower women and girls (aged 12+) across Scotland. From health and wellbeing to leadership, financial resilience, and recovery from abuse, they’re creating louder, prouder and more confident communities of women.

Mairi Helena - Inject bold, beautiful designs into your interiors with a little bit of help from Edinburgh-based Mairi Helena. Inspired by Scotland’s landscapes, she uses photography to capture colours and textures, then transforms them into abstract prints. Expect luxurious fabrics, wallpapers, cushions, throws, lampshades and more.

The Women’s Clinic (formerly The Coil Clinic) - Created by Cathy, a GP with 20+ years’ experience, this Blackford-based specialist clinic focuses on coil & implant fitting/removal, menopause and perimenopause care. Compassionate, expert support without endless waiting lists or rushed appointments.

Immaculate Drinks - Who says alcohol-free can’t feel fabulous? Immaculate Drinks, co-founded by Lynne Cadenhead (a self-confessed party girl who was tired of hangovers), proves otherwise. Their botanical, alcohol-free G&T-style cans are all about mindful socialising. The taste and ritual without the side effects.

Better Health with Dr Jane - GP and health coach Dr Jane helps women improve their health through lifestyle and behaviour change. From weight management to managing chronic conditions, she’s passionate about helping women live life to the fullest.

Òir Soap - Highland-born founder Jolene Roberts brings nature’s calm and clarity into her award-winning body care range. Òir (Gaelic for “gold”) offers eco-friendly luxury soaps and balms, handmade just outside Edinburgh with natural ingredients.

The Purple House Clinic at Rutland Square, Edinburgh - This clinic offers specialist support in mental health and neurodiversity. Their team provides therapy as well as autism, ADHD and sensory assessments, plus educational psychology services. Their mission? Helping people adapt, grow and thrive.

Raison Home Edinburgh - Looking for some design inspiration? Meet Sarah Maguire, the founder of Raison Home Edinburgh. Her story is one of resilience: from a career in banking to battling breast cancer and reinventing herself as a business owner. She now helps clients design bespoke kitchens, bedrooms and bathrooms that reflect their lives. Sarah will be at The Exchange to share ideas and inspiration.
And there’s more…

- Purple Poetry. Heather Rose, “The Purple Poet”, will be writing live, personalised poems on the spot.
- Make-up artist Katie of Glambox. Need a refresh during the Summit? Katie will be on hand with quick makeup touch-ups so you can feel (and look) your best all day long.
- Sarah Thomson Style. With her flair for fashion and years of experience, East Lothian-based Sarah offers styling advice, colour analysis and confidence-boosting tips. She trained at the London College of Style and completed advanced colour training with renowned Colour Counsellor Jules Standish.
- Jennifer McLuckie Photography. Photographer Jenni specialises in business and lifestyle sessions that help your brand shine. She’ll be on hand at the Summit to capture professional headshots you’ll actually love.
