What do you get when you mix fun facts (last week’s highlights included someone who’s cycled across Jamaica with Mr Motivator, someone who’s delivered hundreds of babies, and someone who met Faithless’ Maxi Jazz after ‘accidentally’ finding themselves backstage at T in the Park - where they got the best hug of their life) with bingo, prizes, laughs and brilliant women connecting?
Well, that’s easy. You get egg’s Business Matchmaking Bingo and it’s just as joyful as it sounds.
Our July event marked the second time we’ve run this style of networking morning at Copper Blossom in Edinburgh, and honestly? We loved every minute of it. It was a relaxed, friendly morning filled with great coffee, delicious pastries and a round (or two!) of egg-style bingo. Think classic bingo with a twist, plus top tips on how to perfect your pitch and a welcoming space to connect with new faces who could become future collaborators, clients… or even your business wing-woman.
The feedback? Once again, has been amazing. A huge thank you to all the women who joined us, some of whom stepped outside their comfort zones to come along. Whether you left with new contacts, fresh insights, business solutions, swapped skills or simply felt seen and supported, we’re so glad you came. Sometimes it’s the small steps that lead to big shifts. And often, we realise we’re all in the same boat.
