Following her husband Sir Chris Hoy’s stage 4 prostate cancer diagnosis and her own diagnosis with multiple sclerosis, Sarra has spoken with remarkable openness about love, family, resilience and what happens when life changes in ways you never expected.
She is also the co-founder of Tour de 4, the charity cycling event which raised more than £3 million in 2025.
