Celebrate the opening of Cromlix’s new restaurant, The Garden Room, with a Champagne afternoon tea hosted by egg founder Kylie Reid and hotelier Kim Murray.
Set within the beautiful grounds of Cromlix, The Garden Room is the hotel’s elegant new dining space, opening in May 2026. Sitting alongside the original boundary wall and overlooking the lawns and gardens, the space reflects the next chapter for Cromlix as it continues to evolve as one of Scotland’s most loved luxury country house hotels.
Guests will enjoy a Champagne afternoon tea featuring savouries, scones and sweet treats, with ingredients and edible flowers grown in the Cromlix kitchen garden, followed by an inspirational Q&A with Kim Murray about her journey into hospitality, building Cromlix, and what it really takes to grow and run a luxury hotel business.
Many people know Kim as Andy Murray’s wife, but fewer know the story behind Cromlix — the vision, the renovation, the business decisions, the challenges and the growth. This event is an opportunity to hear that story in the place where it all happens.
