Meet The Speakers
Anna Whitehouse Founder of Mother Pukka
Anna founded Mother Pukka in 2015, she's a journalist and editor who has written for The Telegraph, Independent, Marie Claire and was once the Vice Editor at Time Out Amsterdam.
She is a columnist for Stylist, hosts her own Sunday night show on Heart Radio and through Flex Appeal, her campaign for more flexible working for all workers, has been quoted in parliament, featured on national TV and jumped around UK town centres with lycra-clad flash mobs.
Maxine & Darcey
We’re thrilled to welcome mother-and-daughter powerhouse Maxine and Darcy Laceby, co-founders of Absolute Collagen, to Women on Top. Maxine was 50, with no previous business experience, and Darcy just 20 when they launched the brand from their kitchen table in 2017. Together, they went on to build a £30 million business, create one of the UK’s leading collagen brands and rank 4th in The Sunday Times 100 fastest-growing private companies, while Darcy was named to Forbes 30 Under 30. Two women at completely different stages of life, one extraordinary business story – they’ll be joining us to talk about building a brand together, taking risks, backing yourself and proving there really is no right age to start something big
Alicia Teltz LinkedIn Personal Branding & Social Selling Expert, and the Founder of The Hype Department
Alicia has over 15 years’ experience across global B2B technology organisations including Linkedin, SAP, Mastercard, and Gartner, and now advises founders, senior leaders, and global organisations on how to build meaningful visibility in an increasingly transparent business landscape.

Bethan Higson – Founder of Mother Root
Bethan is the founder of Mother Root, the award-winning alcohol-free aperitif brand bringing bold, complex flavours to the low and no-alcohol space. With over a decade of experience in the wine and spirits industry, Bethan launched Mother Root to create sophisticated alcohol-free drinks designed for modern socialising. Passionate about changing the way people drink, she has grown the brand into one of the UK’s most exciting names in the alcohol-free category.

We believe the Summit should be accessible to women at all stages of life and business. We're offering 20 subsidised tickets (£100) for women who are currently on maternity leave, between roles, starting a business, or who would otherwise benefit from a reduced price.
