I offer clinical sports and remedial massage and soft tissue therapy for the treatment of chronic pain and soft tissue injuries. I use a range of traditional massage and soft tissue techniques such as trigger points, soft tissue release, assisted stretching, myofascial dry cupping, IASTM, hot stones and gentle mobilisations to effect a change in the tissue to release tension, increase mobility and reduce pain. I'm based in Musselburgh.
