The aim of a 222 pilates class is to feel a sense of balance and recovery, along with improved strength and alignment. Mixed ability classes, welcome to all levels. The class style is contemporary mat pilates. There is pace and challenge within each class and I make adaptations where required. Smaller class sizing allows for a more tailored experience. I hope you can join me to practice a daily affirmation and gratitude exercise for a full mind/body experience.
