LJM was founded in 2018 by director Lauren McAlpine, a highly experienced and talented executive assistant who believed in a better work-life balance for both Directors and Assistants. LJM now has a team of highly skilled Virtual Assistants based throughout the UK and America supporting a variety of businesses and professionals throughout the globe.

LJM are fully flexible, there is no minimum commitment, and any unused hours can be carried over to the following month. We can support with a variety of tasks including traditional PA support, social media management and engagement growth, event management, support with financial tasks and so much more!
