Offering 1:1 and Group Art Therapy sessions for adults and children who may be struggling with their mental health.
Through the process of art-making, we can explore our own thoughts and feelings in a non-judgemental way, exploring our emotions that are sometimes difficult to discuss.
I work with a range of complex needs dealing with low moods, depresssion, bereavement, bullyiing, self-harm and suicidal thoughts.
I also have experience of working with adults and children with ASD needs.
