Our counsellors are trained Cognitive Behavioural Therapists incorporating person-centred and integrative counselling methods. We offer solution-focused therapy to help you make positive changes in your life and improve your well-being. We offer 1-to-1 and group counselling sessions in-person in Edinburgh and East Lothian and 1-to-1 sessions via Zoom video calls.
