Hello, I’m Gael. I’m a COSCA-registered counsellor, and Doctor of Psychotherapy working face-to-face in Edinburgh. Whether you’re seeking refuge, feeling stuck, or struggling to adjust to a change, I offer creative and purposeful counselling to help you make sense of the fragments of your life-story, and build a life you love. I specialise in working with adult women struggling with anxiety, depression, grief, and change, as well as experiences of trauma and loss.
