Embodied Healing offer bespoke movement therapy sessions. Sessions focus on developing mind-body connection and feeling confident and safe in your body. Whether you are recovering from injury, illness or have pelvic floor dysfunction, support is here for you.
Embodied Healing also offer a specific movement therapy for survivors of complex trauma or complex, treatment resistant PTSD called Trauma Centred Trauma Sensitive Yoga (TCTSY).
TCTSY is a research based clinical intervention.
