Come and join a range of weekly Pilates Mat classes in Central Edinburgh with Hannah. A class is between 45-55mins and consists of essential mat exercises to build up technique and a mixture of intermediate exercises to challenge each individual. Hannah's goal is to create a safe and positive space where she can assist in improving mobility, flexibility, mental well-being and strength for any student. Everyone is welcome! Classes are in the Stockbridge and Haymarket area as well as online.
