Anness Brown, So Barre So Good
A low-impact fusion of Pilates, ballet and yoga. Using a barre as leverage and support, you do simple repetitive movements that will enable you to tap into deep hard to reach muscles. As you work one side of your body with tiny movements to lift, lengthen and tone the other side is stretching, stabilising and holding you in position. Based on the original Lotte Berk method, once you try this class..be warned you may get hooked!!

A tough workout for body and soul with a lot of fun
Anness introduced me to Barre with a personal conviction in body and soul. Body - she is in fantastic shape. Soul - she told me it helped her with perimenopause and general well-being. Anness works you and your muscles really hard. It’s a brilliant workout for areas you didn’t know you hadn’t worked on but definitely have to work on. She makes the session fun and plays a great music set. I absolutely love it. I do a lot of Pilates and yoga and find Barre compliments this well. Still working on looking ribbed but definitely feeling the mental benefits. I’d highly recommend SoBarreSoGood.
