Classes are available online or in person. We chat about everything needed to regain a reactive, healthy pelvic floor and do the best exercises and techniques to support that. 4 x 1 hour classes face to face followed by an online functional home programme that is really easy to follow. Small, relaxed groups with lots of support and advice throughout. I can run the classes 1-1, in small groups or if you are a group of friends/work colleagues that want to join together and do your own group, that works fab too.
