Visitors can come see our small-batch hand-built distillery, where we produce Pickering's Gin & the Broody Hen Scotch Whisky. Our still room is located in the heart of Summerhall, nestled in the old dog kennels of the Old Royal Dick Vet School. We offer a variety of experiences & tours, including: our award-winning Pickering's Gin Jolly Tour, the Peacocktail Tour, Cocktail & Cheese Pairing Masterclass, and the Speakeasy Experience.
